 EduFirst offers a variety of training opportunities for early child care providers. All workshops are highly effective and have been approved by Bright from the Start through Georgia's training approval process and Louisiana Pathways Child Care Career Development System.

Course Description: Part One of this workshop covers the basic concepts of conflict resolution. Content also includes identifying types of conflict, exploring root causes of conflict among young children, and examining various conflict management styles.

Course Description: This live, instructor-led course provides the 45 clock hours required by the Council of Professional Recognition for childcare professionals who are seeking renewal of their national CDA credential (4.5 IACET CEUs). The following materials are included in the course fee: Essentials for Child Development (2nd Edition) textbook and the CDA Renewal Packet. Course Description: The CDA 120 hour face-to-face course is structured for childcare professionals who are seeking their national CDA credential and prefer up close, teacher-student interaction. This dynamic course is offered at our facility and satellite locations year round!

Course Description:This comprehensive workshop introduces early child care practitioners to the major domains in all developmental areas: physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and intellectual and language development from infancy to adolescence. It also focuses on interpersonal behaviors and how children recognize and process information and how this changes developmentally.

Course Description: This workshop uses an interactive format to help participants develop a better understanding of toddlers and preschool age children diagnosed with Autism.

Course Description: This course provides an overview of the Child Development Associate (CDA) National Credentialing process and help participants identify training to meet the course requirements set forth by the Council of Professonal Recognition.

Course Description: Fun and interactive, this workshop offers early child care practitioners creative ways to teach young children social skills.
